Cancellation Policy
Damages and issues(Wrong item, damaged product, incomplete product)
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they reach you safely. If, however, your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us or send us a photo of the damaged product and packaging within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will promptly address the issue for you.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled anytime before they are dispatched without any extra costs. To cancel the order, contact us immediately with our contact form. We are unable to cancel the order once it has been dispatched.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
